Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframes

  • Standard Returns:
    You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging—and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • European Union Orders:
    In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, if your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt.

  • Sale and Discounted Items:
    Please note that items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for return. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

  • Items with Free Shipping:
    Even if your order qualified for free shipping at purchase, please be aware that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

2. Initiating a Return

  • Contact Us First:
    Before sending any items back, please contact us at support@sunbriteapparel.com to request a return authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

  • Return Instructions:
    Once your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Damages and Issues

  • Inspect Upon Receipt:
    Please examine your order immediately upon receiving it. If any item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    • Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards

5. Exchanges

  • How to Exchange:
    If you prefer an exchange, please return the original item following the return process. Once your return is received and accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

6. Refunds

  • Processing Your Refund:
    After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
    Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund on your account.

  • Delayed Refunds:
    If more than 15 business days pass after your return is approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sunbriteapparel.com.
