Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may vary during:

  • New collection launches

  • Holiday seasons

  • Promotional sales

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or high-volume shipping periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Sunbrite Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

If your package is:

  • Delayed

  • Marked delivered but not received

  • Lost in transit

Please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we will help where possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged package and product

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, Sunbrite Apparel primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, additional shipping times, duties, and taxes may apply.
