“And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovahjireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the Lord it shall be seen.”
— Genesis 22:14
There are moments when we stare at our bills, plans, or prayers and wonder,
“God... how is this going to work?”
And in those moments, faith can feel hard.
But Scripture reminds us — in Genesis 22:14 — that Abraham called God Jehovah Jireh, which means: “The Lord Will Provide.”
And He did.
Abraham didn’t know how it would unfold, but God made a way — right on time.
Not early.
Not when Abraham thought it would be convenient.
But exactly when it was needed.
You may not know how your next step will come.
You may feel uncertain about your business, your family, or your finances.
But just because you can’t see the supply, doesn’t mean the Provider isn’t already moving.
Provision isn’t always early — but it is always on time.
Today’s Prayer:
“Lord, I trust You to provide for what I need — even when I don’t see how. Help me to rest in Your timing and not rush into fear.”
